Subject to the following terms and conditions:
60 days from date of listed advert;
Empower Realty has sole advertising on Property24 for 60 days or for the duration at which you wish to make use of this guarantee;
Subject to seller following valuation guidelines given by the agent;
All buyers enquiring must be able to view the property;
Empower Realty will not tie the seller into Exclusive Sole Mandate restricting seller from selling with another agent or selling privately during the 60 days. Seller may opt out of this agreement or understanding at any point;
Should Empower Realty not receive any offers within 60 days of advertising, with all terms and conditions met, then Empower Realty will continue to advertise the property for an additional 60 days and Empower Realty will not charge any commission for any new buyer who enquires and makes an acceptable offer during that period. However, should a buyer who had viewed the property initially (in the first 60 day period) decide to make an offer, and that offer is accepted by the seller, commission will be applicable.
